Scope
Where permitted by law, we may decline service to a person or entity whose direct or indirect ownership, control, or principal place of business is in an unlisted location.
You may not use false information, proxy networks, VPNs, or other technical measures to evade regional controls, sanctions screening, export controls, or payment restrictions.

Service availability and additional limitations
Inclusion means you may generally register and purchase commercial services. It does not guarantee that every model, feature, or payment method is available.
- Upstream providers may impose additional limits by country, industry, organization type, or use case.
- Payment providers, banks, and card networks may decline transactions based on location, issuer, currency, or risk rules.
- Sanctions, export controls, court orders, security risks, or regulatory requirements may restrict, suspend, or terminate service.
- The console and checkout show current model, feature, and payment availability.
Updates
We update this list as laws, sanctions, export controls, payment channels, and upstream policies change. Material updates may be announced on the website, by registered email, or through another reasonable channel.
If a location becomes unsupported, we may restrict new registrations or purchases and, where lawful and commercially reasonable, arrange notice, credit handling, or data export for existing users.
